You can always cancel or modify the order as long as the order has not been SHIPPED. You can message us using our live chat option and mention your order number and the issue will be dealt with. If the order has already been SHIPPED then you will have to follow the RETURN procedure which can be found below.

We can accept returns via mail only. THE DABLEW will refund any item , provided that it has not been damaged , sailed or altered. We hope that you don’t have to return any items but if you decide to return the item then you can use our Live Chat option (which is available 24/7) and mention that you would like to return the item. Someone from THE DABLEW will be able to assist you once you give them your order number. A shipping label will be sent to you within 24 hours. Once you receive the shipping label , you will have to print the label and then it should be affixed to the box. Once you have done all of that , take your parcel to a convenient Canada Post Retail Center. Please remember to get the proof postage.

Once you have finalized your order and made a payment then you will be provided with a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase.

THE DABLEW will gladly issue a credit for the difference between the price you paid and the promotional price, if your purchase was made within 30 days prior to the change in price.

You can always make changes to the order using our live chat option (which is available 24/7) and mention your order however this applies only if the order is not shipped yet. If the order has already been shipped then you will have to follow the RETURN procedure.
